Shipping and Returns

Delivery of items is subject to availability, and we cannot accept responsibility or liability for any item it is not able to supply. However, we will offer you a store credit for any item that is unexpectedly delayed.

Delivery time depends on the type of product you ordered.

Some products are bigger or heavier than usual, which means they take a bit longer to deliver. 

You will receive an automatically generated email including a Track and Trace link and carrier information as soon as the item has been dispatched.

Please be aware that when an item is noted as “In Stock” this means that the manufacturer or original supplier has the item in stock and is not necessarily an indication that the item will be delivered any sooner than as stated below.

Homewareinsider.co.uk will attempt to deliver or dispatch all orders within two (2) weeks from the date the order is made, however we accept no responsibility for delays.

When a product is ordered from overseas, some shipping times can be up to six (6) weeks.

We will try to deliver earlier than notified when possible and will notify you of any unexpected delays beyond the delivery period originally advised as soon as reasonably possible.

If you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you purchased, we offer a full refund of the goods purchased, store credit or exchange.

Please do not attempt to return goods to our registered address or any address on packaging, only return goods as instructed after contacting us.

We are a UK based company delivering within the UK.

Unfortunately we cannot deliver certain products to the following UK locations, should you require delivery to any of these locations please contact us for further information:

  • Isle of Man
  • Jersey
  • Kirkwall
  • Shetland Islands

PLEASE NOTE: no exchanges or returns are offered for sale items.

We reserve the right to refuse a returned items if the items do not comply to our returns policy.

Refused items will be posted back to you and additional postage will be charged.

We accept no responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received.

Unfortunately without the items we cannot issue an exchange or refund. We strongly suggest you send your returns using a traceable method.
